We process your data using AI to provide analysis and insights. Your data is: - Encrypted at rest and in transit - Never used to train our AI models without explicit consent - Subject to our Privacy Policy - Retained only as long as necessary to provide services
7. Payment Terms
We do not currently offer self-serve paid plans; commercial terms are agreed individually in writing. Any pricing, billing, and refund terms will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
HugLabs provides AI-powered analysis as a tool to assist professionals. Our service does not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HugLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HugLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: - Your access to the service will be revoked - You may export your data within 30 days - We will delete your data according to our retention policy - Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
